Technical Overview

Inbound SMS Delivery via Webhook

When an inbound SMS arrives on a provisioned number, the payload is dispatched immediately to a customer-configured HTTPS endpoint. No polling. No queuing delay. Messages reach the application layer the moment they hit the network.

Each number is exclusively bound to a single enterprise account — no shared pools, no cross-tenant traffic. Delivery attempts are logged, retried on failure, and queryable via the management API.

  • Structured JSON payload dispatched on every inbound SMS
  • HTTPS webhook with configurable retry on delivery failure
  • Exclusive 1:1 number-to-account binding — no shared pools
  • Per-event delivery receipts and full audit log

Use Cases

Built for Enterprise Workloads

Designed for enterprise operators who require stable, dedicated inbound number infrastructure — where number persistence, delivery reliability, and programmatic control are non-negotiable.

SaaS Platform Number Provisioning

SaaS providers that allocate a dedicated inbound number to each account, enabling per-tenant SMS receive capability within their platform.

Operational Alerting & Response

Enterprise operations teams using dedicated numbers to receive structured inbound SMS from field systems, devices, or staff.

Appointment & Workflow Confirmation

Platforms that require inbound SMS confirmation responses tied to a stable, long-term number identity per workflow or location.

Internal Enterprise Tooling

Enterprises embedding programmable inbound SMS into internal tools — HR systems, IT helpdesks, scheduling platforms — via API.

Managed Number Infrastructure

Organisations requiring programmatic control over a mobile number fleet — provisioning, assignment, and lifecycle — at scale.

Compliance

Built for Carrier-Level Scrutiny

We understand that carriers and MVNOs are accountable for traffic on their networks. Our operational and legal commitments are designed to meet that standard.

TCPA Compliance

Operations are conducted in adherence with TCPA requirements. Number usage is strictly limited to lawful enterprise inbound SMS workloads.

Abuse & Spam Monitoring

Active traffic monitoring is in place to detect and prevent misuse — including spam, fraud, and unsolicited messaging.

No Grey Routes

All number provisioning and SMS traffic flows through legitimate carrier and MVNO channels. No SIM farms, no grey-route termination, no traffic arbitrage. Clean, auditable traffic from source to delivery.
